Big bug! Unable to create threads - Prefix unselectable

Trying (in both Internet Explorer, Edge and Chrome to create a thread In fixed price forum - error 'Please select prefix' however prefix stuck above thread title and unselectable...

Anyone else? Can a moderator or tech support check this bug?

I am disabling the prefixes until i see what going on.
