I think that the only buyer willing to pay > $20,000 for this domain is the Cleveland Browns. But they have no need to buy it, IMO, since they already have two fine urls:
* www.clevelandbrowns.com
&
* www.cleveland.com/browns
I see no need for them to get browns.com.

If the Browns don't buy it, then what is it worth? I think about $5,000. It's a solid name, no doubt, and if you're patient you might get something more. But to my knowledge there isn't a large business that would need browns.com. UPS doesn't count, because they would be interested in the less awkward brown.com.

Use it the way GregR uses Jets.com and Dolphins.com. The name alone will draw a lot of traffic and you can make money year round on that from licensed team merhcandise sales and PPC to co sponsors.

Obviously, the $50-100 appraisors have not a clue. This has been a problem here since day one. Opinions are like a**holes, everybodies got one. Some people fart out loud to get attention cause it the only way they can. Don't sell it for less than $3000, and if you play it right , maybe ten grand. Browns chicken all the way, trust me on this. The guy is a megamillionaire. Started with one hotdog stand in a trailer in chicago in the 60s. His name is Dick Portillo, and he owns the Browns Chicken Chain, and Portillos restaurants. Tell him you want $10,000. I'll even approach them here for a 5% brokerage fee, which is the going real estate fee here. He also owns the Portillos Group of Restaurants, www.portillos.com. Never hurts to try. $50-100. Unbelievable.

Browns is a top up-market nightclub in London I think you should approach them.
