Buying text links from pagerank 3 and higher sites

I am buying links that should point to Vacationhit.net .

I will pay $4 / $8 (depending on your URL's page rank) per link per month.

Rules & Requirements
- Your URL must be be at least PR 3
- Must have some pages indexed by google when searching for your domain name with quotes. (not interested in pages banned from google)
- Relevancy is important, preferable your site is sort of travel, report, articles, forum sites.
- Link must remain active for at least 1 month from the date of sale.
- Limit 1 link per unique domain / url
- Limit 2 links per unique server IP
- Limit 1 link per anchor text listed below.
- Offer will remain open until all 10 links have been sold!
- Post Sold and which anchor text # (1-5) you will be using so it can be crossed off. PM me the exact URL of link and your Paypal email address for payment.
- Links should point to http://www.vacationhit.net/ ....... (I will again email exact URL within paypal payment page), using one of the following as anchor text :

anchor text #1:
florida vacation rental
I pay:

PR5-6 = $8.00

anchor text #2:
florida villas
I pay:
PR3-4 = $4.00
PR5-6 = $8.00

anchor text #3:

I pay:

I pay:

PR5-6 = $8.00

links will be bought by first come / first serve bases.
I really prefer anykind of travel websites or other similar orientated websites.
