I dig the name, a little broad for a forum imo but still can be dev'ed into something cool if targeted.

$200-$300

Geo+forum with a large audience, low to mid XXX undeveloped. Key is development on this one. Nice name, good luck!

As a native Californian, I can tell you that CALIFORum is not the way you want to go - CaliForum is. Cali is a somewhat hip/young/cool way to abbreviate California. Though it was much more popular in the mid 90's and may seem a bit cheesy in 2010 (it does to me, anyway) - though branded as Cali Forum it will be extremely easy to remember for people 'from cali' and they'll all immediately know how to spell it upon hearing it etc- all good things.

Reseller I think this is high xx to low xxx. If you can find the right end user, though off-the-top I can't think of one, it could get a lot more. The name doesn't lend itself to anything with big money behind it though. Seems more like a place that high school and college kids would post in local forums or something - LA, SF, SB etc. In that light, I think development is the way to go.
