Can a domain owner back out of a domain sale on a registrar market place if the registrar does not pay up within the agreed time?

I wanted an opinion from the domain experts.

Let us say if one lists their domain name on porkbun market place, the domain gets bought on porkbun marketplace, but porkbun takes over a month to pay the domain owner, in-spite of porkbun's policy saying payments will be made within 14 days. Can the domain owner back out of the sale for porkbun taking way longer to pay that their payment policy?
