Cheapest Registrar in April 2006?????

I'm afraid that after getting 'abused' by people like you and me, they started to limit, we now they are losing money, but the site doesn't say anything about a limit.
I've just got 2 domains at ipowerweb at 2.95$, it says limit 50 domains, probably will not register 50 domains

Yeah... I am quickly losing respect for this company... Phone service ... there but lacking tremendously.
Also, new limits... not explained... how many? etc... very upsetting...
I was actually considering getting a hosting account with them until now...

AND THE WORST SO FAR????
I registered and received confirmation on april 10th for a .com and when i went back a week later to make dns changes something wasnt right... so i looked up whois... someone ELSE registered it on april 16th!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that? WTF!!! Crap.. they have ZERO explanation simply "do you want a refund or another name?... what is this garbage... I am furious. What / who can I complain to about this?

I use namepros. I don't know how much it is if you pay real money and I am not sure if you can yet but they are cheap to me since I don't pay real money. I pay NP$.
