Also, do they mean ANYTHING ??? I used https://translate.google.com/# and apparently it is way off, what is the ebst way to make sure I am registering using the proper characters for names in the future ??

I advise you the best way for registering IDNs. Never ever use robotic translation. Get a local human translator for Christ's sake. Problem solved.
