Putting this in plain english, you are wrong.

Anyone reading this thread can see the errors in your logic. Your misguided accusations and attacks on the other trusted members here are way out of line. You owe them an apology and need to go after RegFly as they are the ones who took your money.

You've been here long enough to know better, and attacking these honest people because an obviously screwed up registrar (RegisterFly) messed up your biz really stinks on ice. I repeat because even though I have no direct involvement, I see you causing damage to one member's reputation AND actually calling a serviceman's family to lob more accusations. That outright ticks me off, and I'm thinking of calling them myself just to tell them you're way off your rocker and to NOT bother with it at all.

Back off before you look more the idgit than you already do.

I understand your point clearly that you just said you try to help resolve the issue; but your action show otherwise. Put your action where your mouth is. You are just trying to protect your own interest without caring about the legit owner.

I would ask you politely to return the domains to me. But I know that you will not. So, I'm not going to stop this thread; and I will be glad if you bring this issue to any authority or attorney.

All your response is not so helpful and again just to protect your own interest.

I told you who I bought the domains from and provided links to postings the person made.

I asked you to show me proof that the domains were actually stolen from you but you have not responded with anything but theories. I have received no PM's, no email, no inquiries from RegFly or any other organization that could help you to understand what actually has happened.

I have tried to point out how this situation appears very different from what typically seems to occur in a domain hijacking. In addition to the many points I have made in other posts, the accused thief supposedly stole only the two domains (he formerly owned) from your account but not any others.

My posts have indeed become more defensive because I am frustrated that you refuse to help yourself by taking your issue further with RegFly. Again, I will cooperate with any inquiry from them or another qualified organization that seeks to find the truth in this matter.

Now we get to your bottom line - you don't care to find the truth; you simply want me to hand the domains to you with no proof of ownership. Why is the burden on me to solve your issue with RegFly?

็How do you know that I didn't not contact RegFly? Like I said I contact everyone involved.

You didn't ask for the proof, you just said I have no proof. This doesn't mean that you ask me to show you the proof. You make a lot of assumptions in your posts.

Anyway, it's long weekend and I don't think RegFly will reply back to me during this time.

While I appreciated your comment, I dont' think I'm wrong. If you were me who is the victim of this problem, you will feel the same. I stopped blaming fundraiser long ago immediatly after I knew that he bought it from Ferdinand. But again, this thread has to go on until the issue resolved. And, like you said I'm here long enough to know that I do the right thing. And I'm one of the trusted member who has the right to bring this to public to inform the member here. This is what the forum for.

Everyone has their own opinion and how do you know your opinion is right? Even the judge or jury make mistake all the time.

From my earlier post http://www.dnforum.com/showpost.php?p=602693&postcount=13
"I feel for your plight but you have done nothing to prove your claims of theft and I am unable to help you to solve your mystery without something concrete to go on."

You are being intentionally evasive and I hope that all members here at DNForum can see that. Clearly the quote above can be interpreted to be asking for proof. In any event, if you make a public allegation or even a private one, the onus is on you to provide proof.

Please, on behalf of the domain community, will you show all of us your proof of theft? Please post it here today and someone may be able to help you and also help me. Thank you.

.biz - Is it possible that the domains did drop because you did not renew them? The mystery is how the domains ended up being registered (again) to the original owner.

You mentioned the SpamFly protection. Could it be that you did not receive the domain renewal reminder from RegisterFly because the SpamFly email address was not forwarding correctly to your primary email account? If so, then the original owner may have picked the names back up in the drop ... to sell them at a later date to fundraiser.

I had asked this question a few months back, regarding if it makes a difference when a name was stolen (long time) and trying to get it back.
it doesnt matter how long ago the domains were stolen (assuming they were). The owner should still alert *everyone* involved, and then proceed to do whatever he can, with full documentation.

Has anyone with a whois.sc account bothered to check previous whois records to see what the real truth is? It would only take a second and anyone could see who is in the wrong here.

i am on my laptop, so I dont remember my password for whois.sc
BUT, I assume the domain did change ownership at some point, as it appears both parties agree to this.
its how it happened thats the problem.
