if it was plural, ie: beautyproducts com..... then it be category killer
kinda like the other situation, where you had the plural and the singular would have been the killer.
that said, a reseller would want to know traffic if any, to substantiate price
end-user may bite for mid to high four figures, but if there's traffic you could leverage for more.
