You all forgot the "pin-in" factor for cn names, for example, mai.cn equals buy.cn as well as sell.cn for the Chinese, and the Chinese can use the English domain names both ways–buy.cn for their international shops and mai.cn aiming at the local markets.
I guess the new .cn would soon take the place .com.cn used to have and Chinese would love to use .cn both ways.

You almost got it right, except that it's "pinyin". :D

Roman Pinyin is the only way I "spell" Chinese characters on my Mac, :shy: thanks for the correction.
