I tried using CJ years ago and was quite dissatisfied. They got moved to the "don't bother" list. I'll mention that I'm not particularly impressed with Yahoo advertising either. Tried them 6 years ago and came up against poor practices and nasty atttiude. Fast forward to 2008, I tried them again. Poor performance continued ... though the attitude and customer service had improved. Google advertising dominates Yahoo through purely better user interface and better performance. Surprised that CJ is still in business.
CJ tried to rip me out of $13K. Took me 3 months to get paid. They even contacted advertisers to try to get them to say my traffic was fraudulent. The advertisers told them they were happy with the sales. I would steer clear of CJ.
