I hope you the buyer knows full well you received a C&D on this. Additionally, by getting rid of the domain does not release you from liability. So, not only could you be on the line, the new buyer could be on the line too.

your gues is wrong, the domain is not a typo.. and yes.. the buyer wanted to buy the domain 2 weeks ago.. and finally decided to buy it for $18 dollars yesterday , after reading this.. he wanted a $2 discount SOLD
