Copyright and Names

[Kishin]

My Name is Kishin,not just a screen name but my real name. There is also a Corperation whos named Kishin(I bleive they are based on South Korea.)
They own Kishin.com
Lets say I register Kishin.net or something like that,Could they take the name away from me? I know that some time back Julia Roberts Won her .com back from someone. So would I get in trouble?
