Custom Avatars

We're told to go to the store for custom avatars, but the link has no instructions on how we can use our own avatar?

you have to pay $10 to change it.. or you can pay in F$, its kinda dumb, but you might ask them to change it for free.

Yep it's $10 or 1000 F$.
Then you can upload your own picture avatar from your computer or from a URL.
