I just noticed de.to sold for 7500 EUR at www.sedo.co.uk, wow, I think this is a true and valid purchase as sedo.co.uk is a honest broker as I know.
Any body knows why it could be sold at this high price?

I predict someone soon will be offering yourname.de.to into the lucritive German domain name market.

Pretty impressive sale price.

Do you think it will sell well on this idea? I know there are many familiar redirection services, but only if de.to will be much more needed than other fimiliar services are, or 7500EUR is really a big price IMO:shy:

My "grass roots" research in the German domain market is that only ".de" and ".com" are considered as serious / respectable TLDs. Even ".net" and ".org" are considered very second class domain names, and most consumers are not that familiar with them.
