For Sale Detagged domain name help needed

Hi all, l need help l own a domain name which is detagged now but the problem is that l used the domain name name to register other domain names etc

Registered For: *****.co.uk

But the *****.co.uk is detagged now, can someone register *****.co.uk and them claim for the domain names that l am using now as websites for 3 years now.Please some help.

If I understand you... You registered several domains with ****.co.uk as the registrant and now ***.co.uk is detagged and you are worried that someone who registers the name after it drops will own all your domains.

I'll bet that ****.co.uk wasnt an incorporated company but only a website. Nominet requires names to be registered in company name or an individual's name and you would have a problem transfering an incorrectly registered name.
The best solution is to send Nominet a fax stating that the domains were registered under an incorrect name and provide the name which they should be registered under - this only takes about a week or so.
