Not the best, but the price is right. I often hear complaints about their uptime and API's. They are improveing but slowly.

Fer reselling;

The people who run directi are very nice. The problem is, transactions are performed in US dollars, which are then exchanged to rupees (by Indian Law), and then, exchanged to US dollars, for your payout.

You lose twice in the exchange. When you deposit money, and when money is paid to you.

Also, say you are reselling domains for 9.99...Your customers will see a charge of around 10.50-10.60..because of the exchange rate. Would you like to see you were overcharged for domains?This will be a problem until they let you implement your own merchant account. But the former cannot be avoided.
