* I was thinking that it might be nice to have some sort of outdoor activity, maybe some golf? or beach volleyball?

* meeting discussing website success (not porn) and tips on succeeding.

* Hours promoting plento.com with free gifts for everyone!! Hmmm.. Maybe not?

what about transportation once we are at the hotel? is there going to be a van or bus to go on trips? or is everything walking distance?

Internet Camera Server trendware makes a pretty good wireless 802.11 compliant model which would eliminate cables. you will have to find out if the Hotel has internet connection available. If the hotel is already networked which it probally is, maybe they will let you connect the camera to their ethernet, basically if they do that then. You will just have to create a page on the forum which will let people view the camera which will have its own IP address to it. im not sure if i understand all of that. , let me know if you need more tech help. It can be done way more easy, without additional cost of $250-$350. This wont be high quality stream anyway, due to the bandwidth consumption when over 100 members here try to connect. Therefore simple web-camera will do the trick. Im sure some member can bring one along. Therefore all you need is appropriate software and a computer with a highbandwidth connection to internet.. I see no other problems..

No problem to purchase the camera, I have a good one of sony but I don't know if work well with that purpose, I can see which model is tomorrow and post here so you or someone else can tell me if its ok or if I need to purchase another one.

The hotel has Internet connection adsl, I don't understand what you mean about to see if is networked.

* trips, sightseeing, shopping - thats all ok, but keep in mind that this is a 3 day visit (more like 1 day, since first day you arrive and third you leave as far as I understand) so there might not be time for all this.. Besides, I doubt there really are any significant sights to see - this isnt Rome afterall..

Considering theres a beach, Im sure we`ll find something to do

But it would be interesting to have something like a small seminar. Perhaps those "respected" members with lots of experiences could hold a lecture or something. You know, brag and stuff

As I said. Only a low or mid quality stream can be done over adsl/cable, when many people connect to it. Therefore camera shouldnt be a problem. Any $40 web-cam can produce this kind of quality, and Im sure many members have one and can bring it along.

very close to the hotel there is a soccer field and basket ball too.

to do something like shopping or something like that in a bigger city we need to organize before so I can have a minibus or bus, to do that in Pineto its walking distance.

about a seminar yes we will do that and am in touch with a person that has a very high success and that I think will come.

I also was thinking to do one night dance Latino America, i'm not good but we have an instructor here that come once a week and we do that on the beach where there is a place (Hotel owned) with place to dance Bar and so on, we will do also a "Cornetti freschi con panna e nutella party" something that I will not explain and let you enjoy when you are here

the idea with the wireless internet camera is that it is not dependable on a PC to operate. It acts as its own server, not sure about the traffic i will find out how the amount of traffic will affect the amount of people accessing the site. when i said find out if the hotel is networked, i meant does it have ethernet ports in the lobby or wherever we may connect the camera or atleast if you decide to go with the wireless model, then a place to plug it in at. ADSL should be efficient connection for hosting a internet camera.

When hundreds of members are streaming at same time, nothing is trully enoguh And I dont think theres need for a wireless camera. Afterall, this will be just to lighten up things and to give other members an insight on what they are missing. Its not like it will be a "big brother show" or something

Hi Guys, this is the updated list about people that will come to the party and the ones that need to confirm.

Please let me know if I understood something wrong and I will correct that.

We really need to convert the "maybe I will" in "I will for sure" very fast.

If the numbers goes up in the next 2 days gregr will set up a registration form for this.


Also its a good idea if you advise other friends about this as many people they didn't noticed the thread.

We are getting confirmation every days and I think after the email gregr will send out on Monday we will get a lot of people in, I just think that not many people they saw the thread till now.

I want to let you know that the "stay free" its for the DNF Members, as you can understand if you want to bring friends that has nothing to do with the forum, as some people asked, or relatives, that people need to pay the stay, what I can do is to handle for them a very special low price.

I think you better list a cutoff date when people joined DNF to qualify.
