I ended up with a Namescout account when I started dealing with Pool, but I can't find a way in their interface to push a domain to another Namescout account (their Move function appears to only be for moving domains INTO your account from another master account that you own and it moves them all rather than individually). Can someone tell me how to push one domain to another NS account?

Sir Duke, Thank you for posting this. I thought I was doing something wrong. I could not figure out there system. I ended up, setting up another acct with nothing in it.

I am glad to here a "pro" had the same problem I had with their system.

I thought about setting up another account but it looks like it wouldn't do me any good. Their system appears to require you to transfer ALL names from one account to the other. I only want to transfer the one I sold. Can't believe they don't have this. If no one else has an answer I'll have to break down and write customer support, then wait til about springtime to get an answer!

They've completely disabled the ability to move domains to another users account. I just gave them a ring and they told me to send an e-mail to [email protected] from the domain owners e-mail address (not the account owners) and provide them with the 'Master Account ID' of the person you're transferring the domain to. They said it takes 24-48 hours to complete the process.

They mention it at the help section.

Question
How do I move a single domain from my Master Account to another Master Account at Namescout.com ?
Answer
If you wish to move a single domain from one Master Account to another Master Account ; you must send an email request to [email protected] from the domain owners email address as listed in our records. In the request please specify the domain name to move and provide the Master Account ID for the Master Account that will receive the domain.
