Other weird things are if you have 100 names there you have 100 seperate packages (accounts) instead of one acct.

They give you an option of creating a new package for the domain or putting it into an existing package.

Also, last time I checked they did not have a Whois feature.

Aren't all registrars required to have a publicly accessible WHOIS by ICANN?
