I don't, when you look at ICANN's track record for ignoring input from nobody's like me.

I can't see anything being changed at ICANN fighting from the inside.

I know what you mean. Sooner or later, everyone who approaches ICANN politics seriously and in good faith has what I call their "ICANN Moment", where they realize what a traveling circus it is.

That said, there were several people who were instrumental in ensuring that the UDRP was not rendered unwinnable. Without the dogged persistence of Michael Froomkin, Milton Mueller, Mikki Barry, and others who I only fail to mention due to a lapse of memory, the UDRP would have been a substantially different, and much more draconian, thing.

I do realize that one definition of insanity is to persist in doing something that has repeatedly failed to work...
