Completely don't mean to threadjack and I hope you get your names back, but I found a possible bug. When a username ends in a dash, it will look up the closest username preceding the dash. In this instance, domain- will find the user domain19 when you try to go to their profile, even by clicking their name in the post.

It looks to me domain- is just using free web email accounts.

He has stopped replying since he has been accused. I await to hear from OP regarding current names in my hand.

We got some names from domain- and paid him by paypal but paypal says it will not entertain dispute which are not goods purchases / services.

The names are done thru godaddy, godaddy irresponsbily suggest filing UDRP dispute!!

But are those domains that you bought on the list posted by ChineseDomain?

If they are, and you bought names from domain- via Paypal...

if they do actually belong to ChineseDomain then it is domain- that owes you money, NOT paypal

I can not stress enough or state it enough...

PayPal will not investigate and PayPal will not refund money on domains because it is non-tangible property.

if you paid by paypal. did you use credit card as funding? if so you can dispute with your credit card company.

this is why i immediately left negative feedback when dealing with "domain-" to avoid anyone else being scammed

Most of the time, this is true.

BUT, PayPal can also resubmit the sale to the CC and the CC has to accept it.

Visa will bend over and grab their ankles and let PayPal ram in it and still bill and pass on the charges to you.

I know someone who personally went through this nightmare with a very large purchase from someone in Italy.

He disputed it with his CC (Chase Visa) and they removed the charges.

Then PayPal resubmitted the charges and once more Chase Visa charged him.

Again, there is little proof with non-tangible items as to who got what and who got screwed. And it does not matter how many times you file with PayPal...they will not even investigate these transactions.

To make a very long story short (this went on for months), he ended up having to negotiate with Chase - a 50/50 split...Chase would eat 50% of the charges and he would pay 50% of the charges.
