Interesting list, I think they prefer .net over .com for Spanish domains.

e-Hentai.net sold for over $10,000 in 2005, It looks like it was a forum site.

Those are some nice numbers..

What's the minimum I should expect for a three-letter .net in today's climate?

I bought Camera.net last year for 1.3% of the last .com sale for the same word ($1.5m).

...Don't know what that says about .net values, but I had an offer for it recently for $100...LOl

In general, I'd say about 10%, as a rule of thumb....tho, the true premiums can be anything, depending on market niche, end user need, commercial potential etc etc - as they can be for the true premium .com's.

But the one I sold was bought from MrsJello for $500.
I remember buying a dictioinary word .net (I mean a REAL dictionary word, like a 9-letter, commonly used noun ending in -ment) from MrsJello for $10. The only catch is that it's of British (Australian/Canadian) spelling, so our friends South of the border THOUGHT it's a type. LOL!

I've also sold a 3-letter .net for $5k, but that's quite a while back, totally different market environment.
