Doteasy is holding my domain for ransom!!!

The issue is way bigger than a $20 ransom.
Par example, one a-hole named Monte Kahn, would routinely change passwords on clients' accounts if he disagreed with them.

Really? Monte has always been nice to me, special pricing etc.

Also, AFTER I paid the $25 renewal fee to DOTEASY they email me and tell me that I need to SIGN and FAX some document and also take a photocopy of my credit-card front and back. They say since I am transferring it 60 days within renewal, the renewal might go through, and that by signing the document I forfeit my rights should the renewal not go through.

BUT, domaintools says my domain is already credited with another renewal year. SO WTF DOTEASY. GIVE ME MY NAME, STOP MAKING ME JUMP THROUGH HOOPS.
