If you are unlucky enough to have any Snapnames fall into the registry hands of these guys beware. While their address is a "proxy" in Delaware, we believe they operate out of Russia from our info and are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of in any manner.
They do not respond to e-mails, phone, faxes, or any communication. Even Snapnames and now ICANN can not get a response out of them regarding our renewal and transfer problem. I am interested to see based on our complaints filed with ICANN what action will be taken.
