Helmuts is a champion for introducing me to Atom.com's appraisal tool and I thank him for modifying my post regarding PRETTYCOOL.COM. I have added Atom's "Insights" for the other names in this portfolio. However, I believe their AI needs some tweaking in their methodology and teaching their AI to assimilate and crunch data; still, their approach is quite intriguing.
