You know which category of domains sells best for me? Pound for pound, my Spanish domains do. I've sold 4 or 5 .MX Spanish domains this past year out of about 100 that I own. That involved no active end-user marketing whatsoever. And all of those sales have been 4-figure transactions. Many other domains in my list have received offers -- including high $xxx and $x,xxx offers.
If you're intrigued by that, send me a PM because I'm going to launch a project soon that will help domainers make some money from this space.
Meanwhile, I'm listing some of my .MX and .COM.MX domains here. Why would I sell them for less than an end user will eventually pay? Because I'd like to raise short-term capital.
This list of domains contains some strong keywords -- "hotel", "vans", "cowboy", "credit", "accident", "App", "student", "lawsuit", "check", "diploma", "divorce", "recordings", "record", "limousine", "portraits", "yours", "court", "television", "university", "passports", "grants", "licenses", "rates", "music", "opera", "income", "executives", "private jet", "get married" / "marriage", "candidate", "election", "financing", "debt", "orthodontics", "television", "models", "surgery", "on credit", "airport", and "the USA".
Come on, guys! You KNOW these words are going to be valuable in Mexico. They already are. Check out Limpiar.mx. It's already developed. They bought it from me for $3,000. And that company is not my only buyer for .MX. Somebody found me on DomainNameSales and opened with a $1,000 offer on one of THESE domains just this morning. That's why I thought of posting this thread.
You know you'd pay through the nose to own these words in English. And most of us don't have English domains like these in our portfolio.
There's no reason you can't own one of mine. I speak Spanish, and I've researched these domains. I can sell them to you at a price that leaves plenty of room for profit.
I'm sick of seeing domainers waste their money on crappy English domains and nonsense words. Why do that when you can own a word like "income" or "airport" or "student" for a whole country?
Questions? PM me.
