for WIForums Full Featured V.3 vBulletin Software, I know a lot of people want VBulletin for their forums. This allows users to log in through their WAP enabled mobile phones and PDA Devices. No, this is NOT my auction. I bid on it, but then I thought, I don't even have a forum! So, if anyone else can use this, it's up for grabs.

I done that a few times my self, and had a few win my auctions then back out as well.
