Anyone here has an ENOM $6.95 retail account? How is it compare to the reseller accounts? Also, I have heard ENOM is going to discontinue all the $6.95 retail account..is that true?

Also, if anyone has any $6.95 retail account for sale please PM me with details

Thanks

I think reseller account is much better than retail account, why you need retail account?

I hope this helps, someone please correct if I'm wrong.

The only advantage to a retail account is that you can buy or renew a domain from your credit card without having to re-load with $100 minimum in points.

People are selling 6.95 retail accounts on eBay. Problem is they are Sipence accounts which allow you to login via eNom.com. If somebody paid money for a free 6.95 eNom retail account (read sipence) you were scammed.

Yes, they already said it's enom.

It's a sparate ICAAN accredited registrar, owned by enom. Not sure if pushes work.

Yea, but those are reseller accounts. That's the standard deposit.

I appreciate having a reseller account; don't get me wrong. But up until now eNom was the primo registrar because it didn't compete with it's resellers. Now it's just another name in the pack. (bah)

Yes, that's the issue, competing against resellers. Of course they will say they are not competing, since it's a separate registrar.
