they are at it again!!!

I regged 2 domains (20 some minutes ago) and they are still 'Processing' status after 20 minutes!!!
and it isnt major drop time either!
This is really annoying. I have to wait and see If I got the domains?
They are still available at other registars.
Do they realize how serious of an issue this is??

update. It has now been 1 hour since the order was placed.
It is still 'processing'.
Is this ridiculous or what?
Anyone know of a direct contact at enom?
I have a reseller account, but I know If I go through the web site, it will get a standard pre written reply...

Just had the problem again to a slight degree. Processed 3 domains and somehow in the middle of all those there was one that just is stuck in processing..... it's always the most important name too

Problems with enom has persisted throughout the night. Has been very severe delay in domain reservations. Makes me wonder what they are using their connections for..... do the .INFO names drop throughout the day or at a specific time? If so maybe people are tying up the system by checking it say twice every second.

I'm very sorry for the trouble you experienced. We did have a connection with the Registries, but all should be back within an hour. I'm very sorry for your patience.
