I sent an email to Enom support last week. And, they never answered me.

So, I decided to call Matt Stearn at Enom today.

He explained that they don't actively check their support mailbox daily.

You have to use the support box at their site to get a quick response.

I was shocked. But, that is how they do it. So, if you need help at
Enom. Use their site - support box.

And, just in case you need to reach management at Enom.
Start with Matt.

I've always used the support thing they have online and its takes about 24 hours for responses, as emails tend to get lost / not read as Matt pointed out ;)
