everytime I have used escrow.com in the past, it has been for a domain transfer.
this time, it is for a domain push between accounts at Enom.

I see in the description at escrow, that it says 'this transaction will be completed once the domain is transfered'.
does that imply that a domain push is not acceptable and only a full transfer to another registrar can be used as proof of completion?

Thanks!

I have done enom pushes with escrow in thee past.

'this transaction will be completed once the domain is transfered' means when the ownership is transfered, ie the domain is pushed

ok, thanks very much!
I got a little worried with the transfer vs push terminology.

I think you don't need worry about that.If there have anything wrong, you can ask enom to for a help.:)

They will send a mail to you to prove the push have finished.

When they say transferred, they mean that the whois data reflects the change from their ownership to yours. It does not have to mean a change of registrars.

ok, so...
one Question.

what if:
buyer: gets domain and places fake whois, saying he never got it??
seller: does the same, but retains control.

so... how is it safe with a push then. With a transfer, you can see the new registrar and the year extension etc...

maybe I am being too paranoid...
