alright. It is a TM issue. just look at what happened to the orginal registrant of sex.biz. He had it taken away, because the dumb f**cks at USPTO allowed, in 2001, an individual to tm the word "sex", in 5 categories. He now has right to the word sex folks. Nobody can use the word sex on the products that he uses it on. Im telling you its going to get worse.
