Experiences of Afternic Bazaar?

I just bought a domain on there from a guy names simin...he used to have an account on here till he was banned. I didnt know this till I bought and paid for the domain. Now he wont send me the domain....He did however email me a few nasty times.
His first letter asked for more than the purchase price so I asked why is this...how dare I.... so now he refuses to complete the sale.
My advice is the afternic bazaar is bizarre...especially because Afternic doesnt really go after those whos purchases go sour.
His account should be banned over there and he is forced to transfer the domain to me.
