I've done it and still do at times :), I guess I havnt learnt my lesson yet, lol.

I think that using FAQ is out now since the introduction of .info. Same with domains which contain US in them.

You don't need to have multiple threads discussing the same names. How many different times can we tell you that nobody uses "SIG" anymore, Eminem is cybersquatting, RatBot and SmartDust are just silly sounding, etc.

Mechaworld.com might go to some game company for $100 or so, terroristFAQ.com might maybe be used by somebody, the rest, well, probably not anything.

your comments are all duly noted - i will also try to refrain from making several threads.

QUOTE: "nobody uses "SIG" anymore,"
well check this out: www.photosig.com (namedropper: I wouldn't recommend you do any "real" research! this is a very good and popular site!)

QUOTE: "RatBot and SmartDust are just silly sounding"
And yahoo, google, altavista etc etc are not silly sounding!?

QUOTE: "I think that using FAQ is out now since the introduction of .info" Thanks Tippy, good point!

The names are really worth nothing at this point in time, perhaps in the future .... maybe ... if someone comes out with something ... they may be valuable ... as for now, theres not much value to them Tri ... it sucks because you probably dished out some cash for all those names, but we've all done our bads. It's a learning thing ... do not renew them unless u have complete faith that they will be valuable ... until then ... keep buying.

dude, you have crap. get over it. we all have some bad names. you'll never get anything out of any of them, unless you happen to spend a lot of time, money and energy developing them, and even then you'll probably never get anything for them.

they are duds. worthless. there are millions of people out there with better names than what you've got who have realized they are worthless. this is not the same game it used to be.

consider yourself lucky to learn this in the age of $6.95 domain name registrations.
