I must say on behalf of Fabulous they offer the most consistent payouts and have always sent me my money, I can not say that for all others. If they do not like a domain or the traffic they will advise you, I've had a few that I've picked up and they simply ask me to redirect them elsewhere, they don't just suspend you. (However, if you really violate the TOS and try to intentionally abuse the system I'm sure they will.)

I like to think I'm building a relationship with them not just using them for some quick PPC payouts.
