This is a two owner, two domain name sale (co-operative). These domain names will be sold as a pair. We have agreed to sell these domain names together because we feel there is more value to the buyer having both topic-related domain names for continued development or resale in the future. This sale is not a traffic/revenue sale. However, basic details are offered below…

The domain name Fraud dot Net was registered in 1997 and is registered at eNom.
The domain name Scams dot Net was registered in 1998 and is registered at eNom.

Swindled dot Net is registered at GoDaddy.

Fraud dot Net details:
This domain name is parked.
Last month (August) the domain name had 66 unique visitors and had made $6 in PPC (not updated for full month).

For the search keyword, “fraud” (unquoted) there is 96.1 million results in Google and 39 million at MSN. This domain is not listed in the top 100 results.

Scams dot Net details:
Scams dot Net is averaging 3051 unique visitors per month over the past three months (June – Aug) and has seen over 20,000 unique visitors this year. This is mostly referral and organic traffic – no paid traffic. Currently the domain makes about $45 per month through affiliate sales and PPC advertising.

The current site and content are included in the sale. However, “Hollywood Sign Scam” content is a personal story of the seller and he will take this content with him. The site is an Anti-scam information Portal. The main page is currently a PR4. The forum, which is not up-to-date but full of good content, is also a PR4 (custom vBulletin).

For the search keyword, “scams” (unquoted) the domain is listed on page two, the 16th result of 33 million in Google. In MSN, the domain is on page one, the first result of 15.4 million results.

Also, the seller’s are throwing in Swindled dot Net for free to the buyer. No traffic or revenue details are available at this time – currently redirected to Scams dot Net.

*This is a make offer sale. We will entertain all reasonable offers.*

The BIN for both domain names is: $35,000.00 (US)

This sale is open to everyone willing to transact through Escrow.com, buyer will be responsible for fees. This domain sale is good for (30) days from the date and time of this initial post. A BIN offer with payment will conclude the sale prior to the 30-day mark. Seller’s do have a reserve in mind and will notify through this thread if reserve price is met. Post offers in this thread or PM Salient.

The buyer may continue to host Scams dot Net on the seller’s server for a period of (1) year at no charge. The seller also offers to transfer content to the buyer’s server for no additional cost.

This sale will be posted on multiple domain forums, as well as, a company website and blog.

Regards,
Stuart & Kawing (VarChar)
