The hours I spend in front of this damn monitor makes my wife sometime wonder if I am real.

As in, "Hey you lazy, speculative ass! You spent 14 hours in front of that screen. Are you for freegin' real?"

My arm is fine.

It's built like it belongs to some biker "vacationing" in Folsom.

Well I wish him the best of luck with his ventures. The domain industry definetly needs a fresh approach to this whole on going process...

What I can't understand is why Elequa would spend his time working when he obviously has more than enough money to live in a "retired lifestyle". Although, it would be entertaining to be able to purchase just about any domain I wanted :)

It's not always the money as elequa is proof of that - Everyone needs something to keep them occupied and obviously at this moment in time domains are his driving force... theres a reason for everyone's madness.... ohh, and the fact that everyone talks about him must make his balls feel like the size of kuwait ;o)

What I admire about Elequa is he develops his names wonderfully. For instance DJ.net its a great site and it looks like he puts passion into his work.

"--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm curious if he's just some rich kid that inherited or if he made his money off of the Internet to begin with (like Ultsearch)..."

#1 He doesn't throw his money around, he knows what he wants and if its fairly priced, he'll get it.

#2 Great guy, Patient, Friendly, Pleasure to do business with.

#3 He knows what he's doing! I don't know where he gets the budget for some of the stuff he buys BUT whatever he buys, it's with reason.

From what elequa has told me, I believe he has over 40 000 names.

I think around 1000 3 letter.com's aswell :)

Great Guy!

Yeah, I guess everyone who is either rich or hopes to be rich would have their own ideas of how to spend their time. Some stuff I would like to do would be considered work, but not in my eyes. So I guess I understand.. :)

Maybe he is amassing his collection (without selling for now), planning that one day he will surely make the cover of "Fortune" (or similar magazine) when he turns around and sells his portfolio at once for $,$$$,$$$.$$

Can somebody name me any of his high profile, but developed, .com domains?

All I see so far are the .net's and .tv's?

Is there an intentional specific purpose behind that? (Raising a profile/value for those extensions and thus, raising the value of his own portfolio?)
