Dont know if this has already been discussed but i could not believe it when i saw what gambling.com sold for, $20 MILLION! Not only that but lastminute.com was also sold this week for $1.1 Billion!! WHOA! To have either, well one can dream!

both sales were already discussed just recently.. they were very sucessful businesses... not just your average domains'

Yes, the sale prices very much reflect the value of established businesses, but the success of these businesses may well been assured by the right branding and hence domain name. In the case of Gambling, this is clearly the ideal internet business, as there is no physical delivery required. Many of the dot com failures came about as they could not provide the customer with the High Street or Shopping Mall experience. The internet is at its best when service delivery can be carried out in a virtual environment.

With that in mind, I wonder if any of yiou see the Gambling.co.uk Network heading the same way? Particularly since Gamingcorp (the people who bought gambling.com) are also a UK company.

I would think that Gambling.co.uk is a racing certainty!
