Make sure you have them include exactly when they will drop along with the lists. Check all of them against Google and Overture numbers and put them in priority of value. Buy pool backorders on all of them and be prepared to beat others in the auctions. Contract out for the connections at registrars that are not in the pool group, but only offer a rate slightly above what pool pays them ($5k a week) each. When you have 3 or 4 registrars signed up, you will have to ask them to run the full lists continuosly for 24 hours using at least 14 of their 15 connections each (total 42 to 56 connections). Short cues are better, so split your entire list into 3 or 4 parts to distribute among your contracted registrars. Once you do all that, you will have eliminated all your competition except maybe a small number of us, and should be successful with a decent percentage of your target names.
