What a twat....

Sorry to disappoint you buddy but I look nothing like the female anatomy.

I also believe that GoDaddy would not have responded in this manner and sent out such a stern letter without first consulting their legal team.

For them to take such actions and make these accusations of the receiving end of the letter should not be taken lightly.

When I read something like this:

"Go Daddy has the right and obligation to protect its employees from abusive or threatening communications received from customers."

"Given the threats that you have made to some of our employees, and the nature of some of your previous interactions with our staff..."

I have to conclude that there is a history here of threats and abuse.

And I also have to conclude that GoDaddy is serious when they put this in a letter: We will also notify law enforcement of such activities when necessary.

Domaining will never be the same ever again. We are now at World Internet War.

So you did threaten them? Just because it is coming in now doesn't mean this isn't part of their decision.

Then do it.

We are just waiting for the decision makers to end this thread. Until then we will see where this ends up. If I walked in there with a GUN and threatened at GUN point then they would have reason to do this, yet imagine if you tried to get a domain name for your business and found out it was taken by someone else. And the point being that your life depended on owning that domain name......what would you do?

We are about to see some crazy shit about to explode into the domain business. If I am right you will start seeing this as early as next week.

Stay tuned Draggar.

yesh, what did you say?

What needed to be said.

haha, serves you right

Karma is a ***** isn't it........lets see where you end up 5 years from now.

Who is in control here?

You don't have to "walk in there with a gun and threaten" them. From your initial post:

Go Daddy has the right and obligation to protect its employees
from abusive or threatening communications received from customers.

GoDaddy, as well any responsible company, does have every right to terminate a business relationship with anyone if that entity for "abusive or threatening communications". Something as simple as calling a representative a name could be considered abusive.

Now, i don't know of any company that would do this based on calling a representative a name but repeated instances or serious abuse or threats some will terminate a relationship the first time. By your own admission you threatened them last year so why shouldn't the tell you they don't want your business anymore?

BTW -

When I say we, my parents have also received the same letter as well now. It seems whoever made the threats yesterday to GoDaddy.com, has now involved my whole family as well, and their accounts at GoDaddy.com

If you are under 18 then your parents can be held liable for your actions - since GoDaddy is in the USA then any actions against them could be considered done in the USA.

Um, I threatened GoDaddy one time.

But it was in the legal sense.

And the matter was so serious after I exposed it that the VP of GoDaddy Operations called me.

As serious as the matter was and as steamed as I was, I did not threaten bodily harm or injury to anyone. Nor was I asked to leave GoDaddy's services.

If you continue to imply harm to GoDaddy (in the form of a DDoS or any of form of electronic sabotage) or threaten to harm GD (or it's employees) in any manner, shape or form - being in another country will not make you immune from criminal activity.

Perhaps godaddy doesn't want to maintain relationships with customers that get hit with (and lose) UDRP cases. Perhaps they don't like anything related to nazi stuff either. Who knows.

PS: Soon domain forum membership will be subject to psychiatric vetting.

"Buddy"?? You're far from my buddy. I wouldn't piss on you if you were ablaze on fire. Plus I'm hispanic and your fellow white supremacist "buddies" would frown if you had a brown "buddy."

Just your rhetoric and history here on dnf is sufficient to conclude that you are deranged and delusional, and I don't think one person on this board would disagree with GoDaddy's actions toward you.

So we should be on the look out for some "crazy shit about to explode into the domain business" next week huh? Ummm yeah..

Maybe you need another dip in the pool to cool off?

LOL

The response from respondent:
“Complainant has no rights to the disputed domain names until [it makes] a respectable donation to Respondent.”

Maybe threats are a reason GoDaddy does not have any signs on their several huge buildings in Scottsdale and Phoenix. If you drive thru the parking lot as I have done you have no way of knowing the giant building is GD excpet for a tiny 5 inch decal barely visible on the locked front door.

Gotta agree. Great stuff. I remember reading about this a year or 2 ago.

I would love to hear the full story on this one (after the trial of course).

The email that I am going to send to GoDdday.com and Bob Parsons.
*****************************************************

Dear GoDaddy.com and BobParsons.me,

Firstly let me say how grateful I was to be a loyal customer of yours. For 5 years I tried to register every domain I could come up with, including one that never gets any hits, the domain GiraffePenis.com

Maybe I was just naive to trust your service and watch your super bowl ads, or maybe I was just a stalker drooling over your gorgeous woman that you littered us with on the front page of your website. Anyhow I just want to say thanks for the relationship. I loved you, I honestly did but maybe it was me and not you. I though you were in it for the long haul, but I feel you had found someone else behind my back. Damn it, why was I so stupid. I should have never said yes, I should have never said I do. Now you get everything. I should have signed the pre nuptial when I had the chance. F**K it I am going to say ‘F**K it’……F**K it F**K it F**K it F**K it F**K it………I loved you GoDaddy.com but now I have to go and talk to my friend Hank Alvarez and find out what he thinks I should do.

And to think I used all those codes without using protection.

How I am I ever going to register another domain without you ever again?

I loved you, I honestly did and now it’s over.

Distraught and suicidal,

A/C # 4765328

I'm not sure it has a thing to do with domaining.

You just happen to to be making threats to a domain business.

I have little doubt that you would have gotten the same treatment no matter what the business was.

But, sending threats via email or phone calls does save you from an ass beating or taser when doing it in person.
