If you are after a solution which you would prefer to be kept on your own server (presumably so that you can access it regardless of your current location) then I would recommend you simply create an Excel spreadsheet containing the required data and then use a secure file-sync service such as DropBox to enable you to access your domain data from multiple locations.
Having such a database hosted on your own server presents a number of security issues which could potentially cause you many problems down the track.
