SO the 2 year renewal comment you made was in reference to my comments. Don't think were that stupid to believe you were talking about Names that expire (to the person) after the year is up, then reverts back to Godaddy until the registration period ran out.

btw: Do you think If I let the name Drop Juggle.us, Godaddy is going to sit on it??? Do you think someone "might" just register it for ever how long they want. The 28-Apr-04, date is nothing more than a "could be" date (IF I re-REGISTER)...

Have you had enough yet, or do you only have "jack ass", "Baghdad Bob" comments in your arsenal...

You're an Idiot Izopod, The registration is for 2 Years, that is a Nexus requirement ..no 2 ways around it.

The Bottom line is Juggles.US is registered for 2 years..whether you pay for it or Godaddy pays for it...

In Fact I just VERIFIED directly from GoDaddy... (480) 505-8899
Ask for Eddie.. . Hell, ask for anyone..you are wrong ..again

And dont you even dare to try and twist any wording around or any of your other weasle like tricks.. you are simply wrong..

Good Night all..

Good Night all..

Bid the rescue!!! Read through the posts you nitwit... We're not going to let Duke off that easy. It's easy to "restate" what you meant after presented with facts. He meant "renewals" were automatic (for the person). I don't think he meant for the person, then to Godaddy for another year, if the person lets the name expire after a year. For godsakes don't you see that the 28-Apr-04 date isn't really "in stone" . Godaddy is going "resell" the name (if I let it drop), most likely before a ConventionCenter.us type name (idiot)

This just proves that these two are "Dumber & Dumberer II"

Repost for bid:

Here is what I said:

One last thing, at least I've got a clue about .biz. What is your excuse about .us. It wouldn't be that renewal time is around the corner would it?

Here is what he said:

Since all .US had an initial two-year registration period it is obviously nowhere near renewal time, but why let facts get in the way of yet another comment based on your ignorance? If you have a clue about .biz, I would suggest looking for another clue :)

If I am trying to weasal out of anything, please let me know. And btw: Godaddy does MEAN renewal in 15 days (from their email). That's what I was talking about, so who is the one trying to "mix" words?

You are a very bad liar...

Who gives a ratts ass what someone "meant" .. the bottom line is you are saying they arent 2 year registrations..when in FACT they are..

You are pathetic..

Of course they are 2 year regs, the point here is that the owner could lose control after one year, if choosing not to renew. In that sense, renewal time is close for these types of regs.

Why does Izo waste so much time arguing a point? And what was his point??

They aren't with GoDaddy if you don't have a cc on file. I mean isn't that what we mean when we are talking about fricken registering a name. I think I've proven that's what we were talking about, however it's painfully obvious you still don't understand.

I think this post proves one thing. You only see what you want to see. Bottomline: My point to Duke was: Are your US renewals coming due. (Mine are...)

In return for my comment, I got berated by a couple of idiots. I think why I've stuck with this post was because I found it fascinating that people can post things that contradict their original argument, then actually have others thinking their right.

So with that I will end this post with some izopodian philosphy:

"If you want to argue your way out of something don't try and have others do it for you. They will screw it up every time."

It's funny to me that Izopod only could be creative enough on day 3 of the land rush to think of Juggle.us or Juggles.us. There were plenty more good .us names out there - especially at that time.

I got many of my dot .us names way after the initial land rush. There were still good names left, but you had to run the availability searches and do the proper research to find the name.

The time that izopod spent replying back and forth on this thread could have been spent more effectively thinking of 2-3 good .us names to register because good names are still out there if you hunt them down.

I think that you're going to see a second land rush on .us domains around june - august when kids.us comes out. Then there definitely will not be any more good .us names left and .us registration numbers should get close to those of .biz and .info. Remember that .biz and .info had a 6 month head start on registrations.

If izopod can meet the .us nexus requirements, he should spend his time thinking of something good to register in the .us extension, checking to see if it's available, and doing the proper research to find out if the domain has the potential to be marketable.

WE?? If you look through this entire thread you will see that NO ONE agrees with you, so who is this "we" you are talking about?
Perhaps I am overlooking your imaginary friends who voted you to the imaginary position of Senior DNF Forum leader?

Congratulations on yet another one of your imaginary wins. Just for the record, when exactly was that election held and who was it that voted you onto the Senior DNF Leadership Board?

This reminds me of a speech my equally eccentric high school football coach once gave.

He said "Men...This is a team! There is no place here for losers, oddballs and a**holes. If any of those describe you then get on your feet right now!"

The coach was startled when the senior captain jumped up from his seat. The coach said "Son, why do you think you're a loser, an oddball and an a**hole?

The kid said "I don't Coach...I just hate to see you standing there all alone."

I think that is actually from the Imbecilian school of thought (same difference of course). Here is another one from Imbecilian Philosophy: "If you want to be a chief, it is helpful to line up a few Indians first".

Actually, Bid had Archiver.us (not Archivers) and he has already sold it for a nice profit, proving still again that in all areas, including his choice of domains, he is considerably brighter than you.

Why don't you go ahead and tell us about all of your .biz sales? Of course, Bid has already sold a .biz for four figures too, so looks like you've been bested there as well.

Keep searching Pod, I sure you can find something you are good at (though nothing immediately springs to mind). :)

Oops...I take that back. You are good at stating offbeat personal opinions and claiming they are "the facts". Unfortunately, I don't think that field pays particularly well (good thing you have that Senior DNF Forum leader gig to pay the bills :) )

Hey Duke... Whatever man, you and your "Dot US buddies" can think whatever they want. It's painfully obvious you needed the help.

Oh... One more thing. Did you happen to register Dnjournal.US??

Doesn't look like it as of today, 4/14/03.

Geez, as a ardent supporter of Dot US, you'd think that'd be your "flagship" domain for your indepth US based "journal" site.

I do understand why you are USING the dot com, but to not even defensively register dnjournal.US after all your rambling is laughable! :D

What's funnier is that you've been spouting off how great dot US would be for "other" business owners yet you don't even register your own trade name.

[email protected] (is it not good enough for you??)

Go Duke... Go register it man. You've recommended it to others now it's time to step up to the plate. [izopod is curious as to what duke's excuse will be this time...]

Btw: If you do register today the time-stamp will be clear to us all. SSTFUYM

Yeah, he seemed to be pretty active here yesterday with the insults... Now silence.

So the million dollar question Duke: Are you going to part ways with $8.95 to buy Dnjournal.US??

I mean what person recommends to others to buy something that doesn't themselves.

btw: I am going to be taking bets later as to whether you register it or not. Might be a good thing for your lagging DNJournal.com (not us site)

zouzas since I consider you the foremost most expert on quality dot US names. I have a question for you?

What do you consider "top tier" Dot US names. One worders, generics, or phrases. Some of the ones you've shown are pretty good, but I would like to hear what you think.

Keep in mind. I have always maintained "top tier" dot US names will do well.

inho one word every day terms ,,cars, movies, books, and so on but this applies to com extension as well unless you have money to brand a two word domain even for a com extension its an up hill battle,,unles of course two words are commonly used ex,chepatickects etc,,,,,,,people goto to great lengths to compare and they will be comparing the same word at different extensions, some interesting site
