I got a phone offer last year for IDchex.com and told the guy, ahhh how about $600 ? He says fine, how do i go about buying this domain-thingy ? I explain the whole Sedo procedure to him. Eventually, I never got a bid on it. Maybe he croaked. But now from reading you guys' posts, If I hear from him again the price has just gone up Significantly, lol.....

When you guys get these calls, have you been asking exactly who they are, who they represent, what they intend to do with the domain etc? Tell them you need to know who you are dealing with if they refuse.

I dont usually ask I must admit. I have been asked, lots. I always say it doesnt matter who Iam this is all I am offering They either sale it or they dont. One guy said he swore I was MS and when I gave him ALL my personal info on a 6 figure offer mind you he still didnt believe it. He is now asking $1M on his $100k name. Silly silly silly.
