Hi Carlito,

I had 2 quick questions regarding the domain appraisal.

1. I want to sell Grouppages.com, Grouppages.net and the Twitter account Grouppages together. How much do you think I can get for the bundle of names?
2. Where do you recommend I sell the domain? I tried to list them on Sedo but they did not accept the application. I have several (50+) domains that I would like to sell.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Carlito tends to appraise generously. While I see some value here, it wouldn't rate 4 figures in all likelihood. You might try a lower end platform like Bido.com, Flippa or Boxcar if you want to sell as a package. I don't think you will find much interest for this name(s) at the higher end auctions.

It's a nice name. Brandable, very unlikely to be misspelled, no plural/singular confusion on that particular word, and "group" is always a good thing. It encourages collaboration, which then encourages traffic, which encourages ad revenue!

However, it doesn't pass what I call the "conversation test"

"Oh, I found that on Grouppages."
"Are you on Grouppages?"
"So, I was on Grouppages the other day..."

It's one of those cases where it's just too generic to brand to any particular purpose.

If I were you, I'd list it on Sedo or Flippa and hope for the best. Otherwise, renew it for 10 years, put up a basic logo, SEO it a little bit, and create a homepage indicating your interest to sell.

It's not worth dropping. It's a good name. But it will take a real innovator to be able to take it past the parked page point.

Hi,
Keep your domain www.grouppages.com/net because you have 209 natural/search,
promote your domain:use a blog & forum and don't forget live a comment on ech blog.
for see the result take a google alert with the same text.
You don't need sedo or ........ for sale your domain.
LISTEN THAT)))) On google you coul'd get anything free if you knouw how ask.
Keep your domain,I will start my big platform project a next month.
I work on with 3 webmaster since 60 days and am very happy about the first result.
Try to find a landing keyword and title keyword and under keyword.
1 step for you is look at dictionary word you have to start there if you want find the true keyword.

About appraisal domain name, is same way when you buy a car 1 price to buy and another for sale that all

How many friend do you have on your Twitter account?

I think you guys are right and I should develop a website to increase the value of the domain name and indicate it's up for sale.

Thanks for the feedback,
fpnet
