Not at all. Google it and you will see that it is gaining ground, if slowly, in the sense he seems to have intended. Perhaps I should write a book on words like this that obviously have their roots in the internet. If I don't, I have no doubt that someone soon will. :)

After looking at many of the names reg'd in this thread it appears the vast majority of them are only useful if well developed and rely on SEO etc and likely will never get any natural or typein traffic, imo. Why are such a high percentage of these kind of domains being registered?

The odd thing is when I see lists of keyword domains for sale which possibly would get some traffic they rarely sell on the forums (but after they drop often sell on the aftermarket for more money than forum asking prices).

I've noticed this as well. I just think that most big time domainers don't really spend a whole lot of time on forums browsing through thread after thread of junk to find that one unnoticed gem , whereas a lot of people just use software to weed out dropping domains (top domains still sell for market prices on DNF).
