you can't place a high bid, unless you provide documents to make sure you are a real bidder, is that not the case with sedo for offers above 10k?

hmmm, you got a point.

in that case, the bidder was plain rich and didn't care about traffic or population. heck, millionaires can do anything with their money which oftentimes excuses them for being stupid.
