Help 993.info hijacked

Hi everybody,

My domain name has been hijacked by someone. How should i do to get it back to me and ho wshould I do to denounce the one who stole it???

Basically othellotech laid it out for you. Some questions, though:

1. Is the domain name still with the registrar you use?

2. Has the details been completely changed or does it still have any of your
info, especially the registrant name?

3. Has the domain name been transferred elsewhere?

If the domain name has indeed been transferred to another registrar, another
option you can try is to ask the registrar to use the transfer dispute resolution
policy (though I don't really know how effective it is due to lack of reports on
the subject).

Bottom line: it boils down to proving it. Brace yourself as it could be a long
ride.

Good luck on getting your name back.

once, someone took all my domains and pushed it to their account, i gotta tel u, i was so worried, but then i emailed support, ive yet to find this kind of support, they sent me the user/pw to the persons accnt who stole them , lol i pushed them all back to a new account. i LMAO that day!

Ok it seems that the domain name has been transfered to an other registrar.
Concerning the ownership, the correct email address is [email protected] (I don't have access to the previous one).
Also, if you can confirm that the actual registrar is registrar.com

The hijacker is lasvegas.net?

I'm waiting some news from my registrar, I hope everyhing is going to be fine to get the domain back to me... Not easy. Thank you for your tips!

Correct but I've seen it take days sometimes...rare as it may be....for this information to be updated on afilias..In fact I grab a few at godaddy on Christmas Day that didn't show up at Afilias whois for 2-3 days. Rare but it happens.
