Hi

it depends on:
whether you're buying the domain to hopefully resell for profit or to develop

also, depends on:
what the actual letters are and the number in the domain or words and numbers.... and if it's .com or another extension.

ie: web3.com would be premium name for "web3" category, but xpe5.com wouldn't have much appeal on reseller market.

in every hypothetical situation, it always depends on the actual domain.

imo..

Is this a domain name for a company?
In general as long as the domain name sounds good when said out loud and passes the "radio test" (easy to spell out correctly by anyone) you should be in the clear.

I guess we cannot really tell if that is good or not because we do not know the purpose of the domain. But generally, as long as it sounds "legitimate" and preferably short it will be good for me.

That depends on what you're using it for. Punctuation and numbers can be a problem if they make the domain look spammy or make it harder to say out loud, but if it's still pronounceable and brandable one digit might not be a problem.

I found this article about what makes a domain valuable useful

This domain name consisting of 3 letters and 1 number is short, easy to remember and unique, suitable for brand communication, but you need to make sure that the letters and numbers are related to the brand, otherwise it may reduce recognition and user trust. If the domain name is meaningful and not used for bad purposes, it is a good choice; otherwise, it is recommended to choose a more meaningful word or phrase.
