Help Needed: Got a Respond From a Possible End Buyer

This person offered 10K for a domain of mine, but in order to proceed with the offer he wants me to pay $99 for domain appraisal...

Here is how I would respond:

"Great! I'll gladly pay for the appraisal.

Since you'll owe me whatever amount we agree on, just take the $99 off of that, and keep $10 for your trouble."

Bottom line is that it's a scam. Don't pay for the appraisal.
